Requirements for Obtaining a Home inspector's License In SC

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 Years Old

Education Requirement:

You Must have a GED or High School Diploma

Training Requirement:

You Must Complete an Approved Training Course (Like this one!)

Application Requirement:

You must complete and submit the application to the state board (There is an application fee. Please Contact the SC board for the amount)

Exam Requirement:

You must take and pass both parts of the state home inspectors exam. ( There is a Practical portion and a Law portion. We go over both portions in our class)

License Fee Requirement:

Once you pass the state exam, you will be licensed to legally perform home inspections in the state of SC!
